Convenient Location

Had a really nice time staying here, the location was so close to the center, which was perfect for what we were looking for. Definitely would recommend to others! 😊

Hosts were absolutely lovely, even gave us room on 3rd level. The location of the apartment was marvellous so close to the centre. It was an advantage to be just next door to buses and trains to get to around London, communal areas and popular places.

Great Location - The hotel is conveniently located near major transportation stations, making it easy to explore the city. Buses and trains are easily accessible, which saved us a lot of money on transportation. Helpful Staff - The staff members were friendly and accommodating. They were always available to assist us with any inquiries or requests we had. Their excellent customer service contributed to a pleasant experience.

Thin Walls - The walls in the hotel are quite thin, and we could hear noise from neighboring rooms and people walking up the stairs. This made it a bit challenging to get a good night's sleep.

The room at Shut Eyes exceeded our expectations. Despite the initial concerns about the neighborhood, the room itself was very nice and comfortable. It was clean and appeared to be recently renovated. The ventilation was good and everything was in excellent condition. For the price, it was one of the best places we have stayed in. We would definitely consider coming back and recommending it to others.

One minor issue was that the toilet in our room didn't have a blind or shutters for the window. While it wasn't a major problem on the third floor, it would be nice to have some privacy.

Best aspects of my city break experience were the exceptional hospitality from the hosts and the delicious food at the in-house restaurant. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable and the food at the restaurant was the perfect companion for the chilly weather. Additionally, the lively and amazing location made exploring the city a breeze.

The room not being ready upon arrival, the average condition of the room, and some maintenance issues such as a dirty bathroom sink and a shower door that had seen better days. The thin walls also made it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms and the TV in our room didn't work properly.
